Shipping Documentation

The following shipping documentation can be configured and printed from the system:

  • Carrier compliant label
  • Generic packing unit label
  • Generic packing slip
  • BOL (for LTL/TL)
    • Carrier specific
    • Generic BOL
    • Generic Master BOL
  • Commercial Invoice (for international)
    • Carrier specific (if paperless is chosen, we get this from FedEx, UPS, DHL)
    • Generic Commercial Invoice
  • DG Documentation
    • OP 900 (for UPS/FedEx domestic ground DG shipments)
    • Shippers Declaration (for UPS/FedEx domestic/international air DG shipments)
    • DG BOL

Carrier Compliant Labels​

Parcel carriers usually have very specific guidelines for each packing unit label. Some LTL carriers also provide packing unit labels. We will print carrier-provided packing unit labels when available. Otherwise, we print a generic packing unit label.

Example 1, 2 & 3: FedEx US Domestic, FedEx International from US to Germany & FedEx Freight US Domestic Pallet Label.

BOLs​

Some LTL carriers provide their own BOL. Piyovi also has a standard VICS BOL. Appropriate BOL will be printed based on your administrator’s configuration choice.

Commercial Invoice​

Piyovi can print a commercial invoice for all your international shipments.
